Derick Chadee

Professor Derick Chadee is a distinguished criminologist and academic leader, currently serving as the Pro Vice-Chancellor for the Board of Undergraduate Studies at The University of the West Indies (UWI). His three-year appointment, which began on August 1, 2023, underscores his commitment to higher education and his expertise in the field of criminology. Professor Chadee’s academic journey is marked by his role as a Professor of Social Psychology at UWI’s St. Augustine Campus.
