Agnes Claudia Francis Adolphine, MSE, PMP, emerges as a trailblazer at the intersection of Academia, technology, learning, and inclusion, seamlessly blending her Caribbean heritage with a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in the United States. In her current role within the Telecoms industry, she spearheads transformative initiatives, navigating major network, systems integration, and digital transformation endeavors. As a driving force behind Cox Communications’ $10B network infrastructure investment, Agnes strategically leads the technical learning domain across 21 markets, fostering innovation through key partnerships. Her diverse leadership experience encompasses Technology, Business Development, Program Management, and Learning & Organizational Development.

A lifelong learner, Agnes is currently pursuing her Doctorate at Baylor University, adding to her academic achievements that include a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. A member of the 1st cohort of the German Project in the Business Department at the Antigua State College, she demonstrates a commitment to educational excellence. Beyond her professional endeavors, Agnes is a staunch advocate for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Education (ID&E), championing these principles as an Executive Member of ITSMF and Vice Chair of Future Foundation.
