An innovative and results-driven senior IT leader, Damon House brings over 25 years of extensive experience guiding large scale digital transformation initiatives for global enterprises. Currently, as VP Head of Platform Engineering at Cognizant Digital Business, Damon leads high-performing teams responsible for cloud platform architecture, DevOps, and providing enabling technologies to empower agile product/software engineering.

During his 15+ year tenure at Cognizant, Damon has spearheaded strategic efforts ranging from leading legacy modernization programs to establishing Centers of Excellence around cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, quality assurance, and IoT. He has managed diverse engineering teams upwards of 75+ for Fortune 100 companies in manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and more – directly improving stability, efficiency, and speed-to-market for business critical platforms and applications.

Recognized as an authority in leveraging technology innovation to create competitive advantage, Damon frequently speaks at industry events on topics ranging from smart products development to managing offshore/nearshore delivery models. He holds a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics from the University of California, an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University as well as various technology mastery certifications from Amazon Web Services.

Damon actively participates as an invited member of CIO Leadership forums and enterprise advisory boards at partners like Microsoft, Salesforce and Amazon Web Services – applying his cutting-edge understanding of emerging solution spaces to advise CXO clients globally.
