Sangeet Paul Choudary is the best-selling co-author of Platform Revolution and the author of Reshuffle. He has advised CEOs at more than 40 Fortune 500 companies as well as pre-IPO tech firms.
Sangeet has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and his work on platforms has been featured four times in the Harvard Business Review Top 10 Must Reads compilations.
He is currently a Senior Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, and was formerly the co-chair of the MIT Platform Strategy Summit and a member of the Ministerial Advisory Committee at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. He has served on the advisory boards of leading financial institutions including the ING Group, Standard Bank, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. As a frequent keynote speaker, Sangeet has presented at leading global forums, including the G20 Summit, the World50 Summit, and the World Economic Forum.
Tianze Zhang is the visionary founder of the AI For Developing Countries Forum (AIFOD), an organization dedicated to unlocking artificial intelligence’s potential for developing nations and the Global South. As a leader at the intersection of AI, international development, and global commerce, Tianze has established AIFOD as a platform that bridges the public and private sectors to address global challenges through technology.
With a background in international law and research focused on AI and International Law, Tianze brings significant expertise to his role. His dedication to ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty in developing nations has positioned AIFOD as a key voice in shaping inclusive global AI policies.
Patrick attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he obtained five degrees including a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has worked at Bose Corporation, Bell Laboratories, AT&T Laboratories, Ericsson and Huawei. He has published extensively with over 150 refereed journal and conference publications. He holds 41 granted patents in the areas of telecommunications and wireless technologies. He was nominated for the Ericsson Inventor of the Year award in 2004, was the Huawei US Wireless Research Employee of the year for 2007 and is a 2015 Anthony Sabga Caribbean Laureate for Science and Technology.
Patrick is presently the administrative and technical contact for the TT top level domain, CEO of the TTNIC and a Professor of Computer Science at the University of the West Indies. His present areas of research include Applied Data Science, Operations Research and Performance and Pricing Optimization for Cellular Networks
Ashton Fearon is a project management professional and digital entrepreneur with over a decade of experience leading technology-driven initiatives across the Caribbean. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of TickeTing Inc., a regional events and ticketing platform, and currently serves as the Project Manager at Nimble Bank – a new digital first bank launching in 2026 in the OECS.
Ashton holds a Master’s in Digital Solutions (IT Consultancy) and is a certified PMP. His work spans public and private sectors—from managing award-winning government tech programs to driving innovation in event tech and fintech. He has also lectured in Project Management at both the UWI Five Islands and Open Campus’.
With a keen interest in emerging technologies, Ashton is exploring the practical integration of AI in customer support, operations, and analytics within his organizations—balancing its transformative potential with real-world constraints such as data access, cost, and capacity building in small-island contexts.
Timothy N. J. Antoine, a national of Grenada, assumed duties as the third Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) on 1 February 2016.
Antoine is an economist and development practitioner by training, experience and passion. He holds a BSc Degree in Economics with Management from the University of the West Indies and an MSc Degree in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics.
Before assuming the office of Governor, Antoine had a 22-year distinguished career with the Government of Grenada. Much of that time (14 years), he served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.
He is the recipient of The Order of Grenada Gold Award for Excellence (2016). He has also been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters by St. George’s University for services to Grenada and St. George’s University (2018).
Sandeep Bapna serves as the Vice President of International at Khan Academy, where he is responsible for accelerating the organization’s reach and impact globally. Since joining in 2015, Khan Academy has expanded its presence in countries such as India, Brazil, Peru, the Philippines, Vietnam and Pakistan. He has led key initiatives including the KhanX model, which partners with local philanthropists and governments to enhance educational delivery worldwide, and the introduction of AI in public schools, with major implementations in Brazil and India. Prior to Khan Academy, Sandeep spent over 12 years at IFC, part of the World Bank Group, investing in companies across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe. He later founded an edtech startup that created communities for online learners.
Dr. Stacy Richards-Kennedy is the Regional Manager for the Caribbean at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. She has over 25 years’ experience in multilateral negotiations, development management and international finance. Her diverse experience includes forging strategic partnerships, leading multi-disciplinary teams and marshalling resources for the successful execution of projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Dr. Richards-Kennedy formerly served as Pro Vice-Chancellor for Global Affairs at The University of the West Indies, which is ranked among the top 1.5% of universities globally. She also has extensive experience working in multilateral development agencies. She was Assistant Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Trinidad and Tobago, Aruba, Curaçao and St Maarten; Chief Technical Advisor, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); Consultant, The World Bank, Washington DC and Programme Specialist, UNESCO Headquarters, Paris.
