About This Workshop

“Demystifying AI Use in the Workplace” is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help public servants, corporate professionals, and administrative staff understand and confidently use AI tools in their daily work. With the rise of AI across industries, this session aims to break down complex concepts into simple, relatable terms and show how AI can support—not replace—our work. From writing and scheduling to summarising documents and automating routine tasks, participants will explore how to boost productivity, make informed decisions, and use AI ethically and responsibly in any professional environment.
