Ashton Fearon is a project management professional and digital entrepreneur with over a decade of experience leading technology-driven initiatives across the Caribbean. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of TickeTing Inc., a regional events and ticketing platform. Ashton is currently a Project Manager at a Technology Company.

Ashton holds a Master’s in Digital Solutions (IT Consultancy) and is a certified PMP. His work spans public and private sectors—from managing award-winning government tech programs to driving innovation in event tech and fintech. He has also lectured in Project Management at both the UWI Five Islands and Open Campus’.

With a keen interest in emerging technologies, Ashton is exploring the practical integration of AI in customer support, operations, and analytics within his organizations—balancing its transformative potential with real-world constraints such as data access, cost, and capacity building in small-island contexts.
