Dr. Michelle Allen is Senior Lecturer at the Mona School of Business and Management, The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica. Her experiences in the tourism industry span over 34 years, both as a professional and an academic. Her current research interests encompass the areas of tourism development, island tourism, service productivity, knowledge networks, and policy networks. Dr. Allen is a long-standing researcher with the Caribbean Open Institute and worked on the first edition of the Global Index for Responsible Artificial Intelligence as a Country Researcher.
