Lorenzo Hodges is an award-winning innovation strategist, experience designer, business executive and educator. He equips business leaders, teams and organisations to rethink the future and to build innovation capacity for sustainable business growth. He is the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Plain White Tabe Inc., an innovation strategy firm delivering solutions in innovation strategy formulation, innovation management, innovation culture transformation, digital transformation, new product and service design, and customer experience design.

As an educator, Lorenzo lectures in Master’s programmes at 3 universities and business schools. He teaches in the areas of innovation leadership, corporate innovation and entrepreneurship, digital transformation, digital marketing and e-commerce, design thinking and product development.

Lorenzo is actively involved in youth development and is the Coordinator of the NorthGate College Male Empowerment Initiative. He is also a former fitness trainer and Latin dance teacher.
