Zuleka Fraser is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Frazher Consulting, a financial services firm specializing in accounting, bookkeeping, and investment analysis for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Through Frazher Consulting, she empowers business owners to strengthen their financial management, improve decision-making, and build sustainable, growth-oriented operations.

She also serves as the Budget Director for the Government of Anguilla, where she leads the national budgeting process and drives fiscal policy strategies that support inclusive economic development and resilience. With executive-level expertise in commercial real estate finance and underwriting, Ms. Fraser has a specialized focus on affordable housing finance, advising both public and private sector partners on structuring investments that maximize impact and long-term value.

Zuleka is additionally the Founder and President of the Anguilla Robotics Association, an Anguillian based nonprofit dedicated to advancing STEM education, robotics, and AI literacy across the the island. She is a passionate advocate for using technology and financial education to equip individuals and communities with the tools to thrive in a digital economy.
